The Toledo Diocesan Channel visited the Hospital de Tavera to report on the restoration of the documents of the Hospital de Tavera. Ducal Archives of Medinaceli, as well as on the conclusion of the course "Restoration of manuscript books with a high degree of deterioration", directed by the Dr. María Dolores Díaz de Miranda Macías, Head of the Graphic Document Restoration Workshop-Laboratory of the Fundación Casa Ducal de Medinaceli.
During the visit, each student was interviewed to find out about their profession, place of origin, motivation for participating in the course and the knowledge acquired. The course has been completed by professionals such as restorers, conservators and bookbinders, who have been able to acquire specialised knowledge applicable to their respective fields. Dr. Díaz de Miranda Macías also underlined the main objective of the Casa Ducal de Medinaceli Foundation in organising these courses.
