Feria Castle

This ancient medieval fortress located on the highest point of the municipal district of the town of Feria, the mountain range that bears its name from where the entire region of Tierra de Barros is dominated, belonged to the lords, counts and dukes of the place since its construction in the 14th century. The fortified complex is made up of two enclosures totalling almost 7,000 square metres in an almost rectangular shape. The entire structure is made of masonry, and towards the outside of the walls, there are the cubes and towers that make up its defensive system.
