On 13 November, the Casa de Pilatos hosted the Gala and the subsequent lunch of the event. Leading Ladies of Entertainment of the Latin Grammy Awards 2023. The event recognised the merit and work of women linked to the arts and entertainment. The honorees were Róndine Alcalá, Mon Laferte, Simone Torres and Ana Villacorta López. The awards ceremony was attended by Laura Pausini.
