Ana Medina y Fernández de Córdoba passes away

Born on 2 May 1940, she was the daughter of Doña Victoria Eugenia Fernández de Córdoba, 18th Duchess of Medinaceli and Don Rafael de Medina y Vilallonga. She held the titles of Countess of Ofalia and Marchioness of Navahermosa and, as the first-born of the House of Medinaceli, was destined to succeed to the latter's titles. She studied in England at St Mary's Shaftesbury and in Switzerland at Lausanne. From her marriage to Prince Maximilian von Hohenlohe-Langenburg she leaves three children, Marco, Pablo and Flavia, and seven grandchildren. Since the establishment of the Ducal House of Medinaceli Foundation, she has been a member of its Board of Trustees as a trustee of the collective family member. The mass for his eternal rest and subsequent burial will be celebrated tomorrow, Thursday 8th March at 1 p.m. in the crypt of the Hospital San Juan Bautista de Toledo, pantheon of the Ducal House of Medinaceli.
