The Totem Ensemble, a string quintet, once again played the leading role in the concert in aid of the Royal Parish Church of Santa María Magdalena to contribute to its restoration, which took place on 4 March in the Casa de Pilatos.
On this occasion, the repertoire proposed and organised by ADEPA, Asociación de Defensa del Patrimonio de Andalucía, was composed of processional marches of Holy Week adapted by the quintet, such as Jesús de las Penas, Madre Hiniesta, Siete Palabras, Coronación Macarena, Estrella Sublime, Amargura among others. The main objective of this project is to attract the public to the concert halls with entertaining and qualified programmes.
