On 6 December the second concert of the 27th edition of the Festival de Música Antigua de Úbeda y Baeza - FMAUB was held in the Sacra Capilla del Salvador. The concert was performed by the Portuguese choir CUPERTINOS, has been directed by Luis Toscano who has selected pieces from the "Líber magnificarvm, missarvm, et motectorvm: the reappeared print of Diego de Bruceña {1567-1623) on its contemporary". in commemoration of the 400+1 anniversary of the death of the Portuguese composer DIEGO BRUCEÑA (1623-2023).
The choir has performed pieces by the author such as the Missa Quae est ista (4w)*5, parts of Francisco Garro (1623) as Verse Alleluia l. Tanto tempore (8vv)*1, of Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina (c.1525-1594) with his Motet Quae est ista? (5vv)4, and of Duarte Loboits Antiphon Alma Redemptoris Mater(8w)*3.
