From today, the ground floor of the Casa de Pilatos can be visited with the help of an audio-guide included in the ticket price. The aim is to improve the visitors' experience by rigorously transmitting the historical and artistic values of this house. A seventy-minute text has been recorded, accompanied by Renaissance music, preferably from Seville, which tells the history of the palace and the family who built it. The text has been broken down into fourteen passages, nine of which are the main ones and five of which are presented as extensions of them, using a system of subordinate numbering so that the tourist can choose the degree of depth he or she wishes to know about each of the topics proposed. The text has been translated and recorded in seven languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Japanese and Portuguese.
