Pope Francis received in private audience the Capilla Musical de Seises de El Salvador de Úbeda and their families during his trip to Rome on 7 December. The Pope welcomed them with affection and enjoyed the Christmas carol they sang for him. "Wounded love-child".. Thanks to the support received from the Fundación Casa Ducal de Medinaceli, its chaplain Jesús Monforte, Juan García, anonymous weavers and their families, the Seises were able to enjoy the event. They also sang in different churches, with special mention of their participation in the mass at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, where they were heard the "Gaudens Gaudebo"by G. Alamo, the Christmas carol "Wounded love-child". de Guerrero and the motet "Signore Delle Cime de G. de Marci directed by Maria Jesús García Sánchez, choir director, and the organist of the Sacred Chapel of the Saviour of Úbeda, Emilio José Alejo Martínez, coordinated the trip.
