On 10 March 2024 took place in the Tavera Hospital the XI Reyno de Castilla, a meeting of national and international reference, which brought together historical fencing fencers, through the classes of the Italian master Fioretto Luca Basile, and the Spanish master Aitor Blanco. In addition, Don Manuel Valle Ortiz gave a conference in the chapel of the Hospital de Tavera, where he spoke about the origins of ancient fencing. Almost 200 participants gathered in the historic monument of the Hospital de Tavera.
